3. Confirmation of business terms: Based on the final plan, sign a formal cooperation contract, specifying mold development costs, sample costs, mass production quotations, payment milestones, delivery cycles, intellectual property ownership, after-sales terms, etc

1. Product 3D modeling and drawing deepening: Based on the design scheme confirmed by the customer, complete the 3D digital modeling of the product

2. Mold structure design: Mold engineers complete the mold structure design based on product drawings

3. Mold design review: Organize internal technical, production, and quality teams to conduct mold design reviews and verify the rationality of the structure

1.Raw material procurement and pretreatment: According to the mold design requirements, purchase mold steel that meets the standards

2.Precision machining of molds: By using CNC machining, EDM discharge machining, wire cutting, grinder machining and other processes, the core components of molds are processed

3. Mold assembly and debugging: Complete the overall assembly of the mold, conduct the first trial mold, verify the smoothness of mold opening and closing, product forming accuracy, appearance defects, dimensional tolerances, etc

2. Sample Full Inspection and Testing: Our quality team conducts full-size inspection, appearance inspection, and functional testing on the samples

3.Sample delivery and customer confirmation: Deliver qualified samples (including test reports and product manuals) to the customer, follow up on customer feedback, and complete mold optimization and sample adjustment based on customer modification suggestions until the customer confirms in writing that the samples are qualified and locks in the final mass production mold.

1. Final acceptance of mold: After the customer confirms that the sample is qualified, the final acceptance of the mold is completed, verifying the stability, production capacity, service life and other indicators of the mold, and issuing a "Mold Acceptance Report"

2.Mass production process solidification: Based on qualified molds, solidify mass production process parameters (injection temperature, pressure, cycle, etc.), complete the preparation of mass production SOP and inspection standards, and prepare for mass production.

3.Mold sealing and management: Qualified molds undergo rust prevention treatment and sealing management, establish a mold ledger, clarify mold maintenance requirements, and ensure the stability of subsequent mass production
